that would definitely increase the bb hight a lot and would make the bike be terrible at handling i definately would not do that it would ruin the bike as the bike is deigned for the a 190mm by 50mm rear shock and a 160mm front fork

are you getting an ordinary scott nitrous or a nitrous slopestyle because if you are getting a ordinary nitrous you could not ruin it like this. if though you are getting the slopestyle one you could run it as i am which is with a 190mm i2i monarch with a shock stroke of 50 which gives 149mm of rear travel
